The houses are designed with every attention to detail incorporating many new and exciting ideas for comfortable living. The solar energy panels in each roof have computer driven back up systems.
Each house has four large ensuite bedrooms [a mix of double and twin bedded rooms] which sleeps a maximum of 8 persons.
The Master Bedroom has a covered balcony from where one can enjoy the wonderful views of Roney Point, the beach and it's hinterland. It's large bathroom has a jacuzzi bath. The second large double bedroom has french doors which open onto the garden. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and en suite shower room/W.C
The kitchen is enormous and is equipped with every modern convenience one could wish for and more! It also has a very large breakfast area. It has a very stylish tiled floor and top quality wooden chairs with a very large wooden dining table. It is also fitted with dish washer, washing machine, and an integrated vacuum cleaning system. etc
The Living /Dining room is very expansive and has wonderful views. The floors are made of polished hardwood and the ceiling is double vaulted. The french doors open onto the paved patio area which also features wooden patio furniture. There is a stereo, television, large open fireplace , private bar and refridgerator. The ample couches are top quality and the fine furniture has all been french polished. The dining area has wonderful views onto the private garden and the sea. The first floor balcony overlooks this Living/Dining Room.
